At In Bloom Therapeutic, each offering is created and curated with care, intention, and respect for your wellness journey. Please review our return guidelines below before making a purchase.

All tea blends and food products are final sale. Due to the nature of consumable goods, we do not accept returns or exchanges on these items.

Perfumes, oils, and beauty products are eligible for return within four (4) days of receipt. To qualify for a return, items must be unopened, unused, and free of any damage. Products that have been opened or altered in any way will not be accepted.

All ceramics, artwork, and home decor items are final sale. These pieces are often one of a kind or produced in small batches, and we are unable to restock them once sold.

If your eligible item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item so we can assess and support you.
